Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These instructions explain how to request deletion, access, or correction of records under Rylan Roberts’ control in connection with TruNorth Social.

TruNorth Social is the public service name used by Rylan Roberts. As of October 21, 2026, the approval-first client workflow remains under validation. It is not presented as fully operational or generally available, and automated Facebook and Instagram delivery is held while delivery visibility is being validated.

What these instructions cover

These instructions apply to records under Rylan Roberts’ control relating to:

Submit a request

Send a deletion, access, or correction request to:

Rylan Roberts

privacy@trunorthsocial.ca

To help identify the relevant records, include:

  1. your name;
  2. the email address or business/client account connected to the request;
  3. the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account involved, if relevant and known;
  4. enough detail to identify the relevant website inquiry, approval, delivery, reporting, or privacy record; and
  5. a safe contact method for the response.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information with a request.

How requests are handled

TruNorth Social will:

  1. receive and log the request;
  2. verify the requester’s authority where necessary;
  3. identify relevant records under the operator’s control;
  4. delete information that can appropriately be deleted;
  5. explain any security, dispute, legal, client-service, or recordkeeping reason that prevents deletion; and
  6. confirm the outcome through the requester’s safe contact method.

TruNorth Social aims to acknowledge a logged request within seven business days and to resolve the request, or explain the remaining issue and next step, within 30 days where feasible and subject to applicable law.

Important boundaries

Deleting a local TruNorth Social record does not automatically delete information held independently by another provider.

Where another provider controls the relevant information, a request may also need to be made directly to that provider.

Retention exceptions

Some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, an active dispute, legal obligations, a client-review hold, or another documented recordkeeping need.
